Wave One

Wave One hit in September 1996 and had spotty distribution until Spring 1997. This wave was redistributed in early 1998 for clearance in many stores nationwide. Kenner unfortunately hurt this lines chances right out of the gate by loading it down with variations, and by burning out the legit variations so soon whne they could have been seeded in later assortments. And then there was the whole debate over the changes of the eyes.
