BLACK VULCAN

Rounding out the last of the Super Friends characters made up by Hanna-Barbera, Black Vulcan is a worthy choice for the Super Powers collection. Charging in with the shorter pants than Robin, Black Vulcan would have not only added another African-American character to the roster, but would also have added some much needed class to the joint.
