How cool would this have been as a figure in 1987? DC's answer to the Punisher, Vigilante had loose ties with the Teen Titans and was just plain cool. Granted, he had a lot of guns. And angst. But just too cool. He's completely out of the picture these days (due to having shot himself in the head! Oops...), but he was bad stuff back in the day. Believe it.
