POWER PLUS CYBORG

Technoskin Cyborg is an unbelievable choice for inclusion. After all, this is the guy that barely made it into production before the line was cancelled in the first place. It's fairly astounding to learn that a second Cyborg was close behind. I guess out of all the characters, though, Cyborg is the most natural choice for extra cybernetic attachments.

Speaking of cybernetic attachments, notice that this guy still has the snaps on his back for Cyborg's extra hands. Sadly, it doesn't look like Kenner wanted to make 2 NEW mechanical hands for the Cyber Warrior. This figure might have had a light-up mechanism, but it's also possible that this guy had a sound chip instead. As you can see below, we can pretty much figure out that this guy was just starting sculpting when the line got cancelled. All that exists of him is the back cover to his pack. And the number on his "record hard copy" bag is the highest one of all the prototypes, showing he was last into production. Photos of the Power Plus Cyborg hard copy are courtesy of the fine folks at The Earth Toy Mall.
