Green Lantern Toy Line

Oh, man. Quite possibly the coolest playset ever. Ever. Bsed on the Guardian's homeplanet of Oa, it would have featured a light up giant lantern, computer terminals, and an included Guardian figure. But best of all, it has the "Phantom Zone" rings from the Superman movie! In addition to this amazing Oa playset, Kenner also had artwork of Hal's X-1 jet (seen in an issue of Tomart's Aciton Figure Digest) and a "Rejuvenator Communicator"...thing.

Since we ended up getting a good chunk of the pitched Batman and Superman lines anyway, not getting the Green Lantern line hurts the most. It's obvious that the deisgners at Kenner had a soft spot for Hal, too, as his toys are just about the coolest ones in the pitch. With the inclusion of John Stewart in the final groupings, how far behind might a Green latern Corps have been?
