Kid Flash would have been the third member of the Teen
Titans to make in into the Super Powers line, after Robin
and Cyborg. Oddly, by the time these figures would have
been released, Wally West had given up the Kid Flash mantle,
and become the new Flash.
Still, it would have been nice for there to be a stronger
Titans presence in the line, what with Teen Titans being
DC's top selling comic of the era. Go see what Wally's
