Kenner also tried to branch out on this pitch and propose
a Barbie style line of "fashion dolls". Shown
as Supergirl's secret identity of Linda Danvers, along
with a possible alternate head to make her "Bizarro
Supergirl". It seems likely that there would be a
base Supergirl figure, and these outfits would be sold
separately. Along with this concept art, Kenner included
some pages straight from the DC style guide, with no modifications.
Since they already had concept art for the other sections,
it seems likely that these might have been representative
of other ideas for the 12" line. I've included a
sampling of these pages below.
