PLASTIC MAN
The Elastic Crimefighter

ORIGIN

Small time crook Eel O'Brien was wounded when trying to rob a chemical plant with his gang. Ditched by his buddies and doused in chemicals, the injured O'Brien made his way to a monastery in the mountains outside the city. The kindly monks nursed him back to health and Eel realized what a heel he had been. Upon his recovery Eel found that the chemical bath he took turned his skin to rubber, and he used these powers and his newfound conscience to arrest his gang and start working for the law.

FIGURE STATS

Plastic Man comes with just his long lanky body. But if you happen to squeeze his arms together, he just might stretch his long neck out to say hello. His waist is also jointed to swivel at will.

COMMENTS

Never before had Plastic Man had a figure. Luckily, someone decided one would be fitting, even though Plastic Man was not exactly the team joining type. Also, he was one of the most realized sculptures in that all on his features were rounded and slightly stretched. An overall great figure. He's since been given a decent figure in the JLA line and a godawful one on the DC Direct line. We can only hope that DC Direct will grace us with a Jack Cole Plas in the future.
