She is Jesse Custers girlfriend. At first she was really mad at Jesse,
because she thought that he abandoned her some years before (but Jesse
had been kidnapped by his lovely grandma). The variants stopped with this assortment, but with great sculpts like these, who cares? Tulip comes with her guns and a wicked sneer.
