Raven was the daughter of the otherdimensional demon Trigon, but was
raised by the good powers of Azareth. When Trigon appeared to be coming
to Earth, Raven got there ahead of him and used her empathic powers to
plant a vision of a new group of heroes in Robin's mind and with his help
she persuaded Wonder Girl, Changeling, Kid Flash, Starfire and Cyborg
to join forces with them, forming a new Teen Titans. Though Robin tried
his best to mold the heroes into a team, the Titans failed when they faced
Trigon, forcing Raven to surrender herself. With Raven's mother Arella's
help, Robin rallied the New Teen Titans, who retrieved Raven and banished
Trigon into the prison of a limbo dimension. Raven adopted the planet
Earth as her home and remained with the team, primarily to explore her
feelings for Kid Flash, who she had influenced into joining and whose
feelings she had manipulated, causing him to love her.

Raven has no articulation below the waist, but it doesn't matter because she looks as if she stepped right out of a George Perez drawing. She comes with a base that looks like her trademark cloud of smoke, and her cape keeps her slightly levitated off the ground, much like the Spectre's does. |
