ROBIN DRAGSTER

The Robin Dragster is the hardest to find piece in this entire line.
Having started it's existence as the Gotham City Dargster for the Dark Knight line in 1990,for unknown reasons, this vehicle was never released.
In 1992 it was repainted and introduced into the BTAS line as the Robin Dragster.
While it saw wide distribution in some parts of the country, before it had saturated the entire US a fire in the overseas factories destroyed the molds.
Kenner decided not to recast the Dragster, leaving what was remaining on the shelves to disappear quickly.
With the fan base that this line has amassed, the Dragster fast became a coveted object and today is extremly difficult to locate.
I personally saw tons of these clogging the shelves in South Texas for at least a year, before the news spread and they were snatched up.
