Series One
ORIGIN
Abandoned at birth by his parents due to his mutant-like appearance, Oswald Cobblepot took refuge with the only friends he knew, the birds of gotham. Turning to crime as a means of vengeance against society for casting him out, the Penguin uses bird-themed crimes to stump the Batman, only to be inevitably caught in the end.
FIGURE STATS
The Penguin comes with a "hypno-spin umbrella", that is, an umbrella top painted with a swirl design that
spins when loaded into an included launcher. The look and origin of the Penguin is based on a design by Tim Burton created for the film Batman Returns, rather than the classic comic book character.
EPISODES APPEARED IN
I've Got Batman in My Basement; Almost got 'Im; Birds of a Feather; Blind as a Bat; The Mechanic; Second Chance.
The Penguin is voiced by Paul Williams
