The only Two-pack released in this line, the Ninja Power Pack was rushed into release apparently to capitalize on the "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" fad.
Consisting of the already released Ninja Robin and Knightstar Batman, these were repainted in garish black, gold and red schemes.
The history setting feature of this pack is that it was the first non-canon colored Robin figure. Many crime squad travesties were to soon follow.
